Ferreira do Alentejo is an essential support village on the long crossing of the plains. The Calvário Chapel, unusually, churches and municipal museum offer content for a short break. The Odivelas reservoir and other rural points are outside the nucleus and require a detour. Intensive agriculture has transformed part of the landscape; Drive machinery, heat and long exposed sections carefully, ensuring fuel and water.
