Santa Comba Dão: An official EN2 stop combining the historic centre, the Dão and Mondego valleys, Aguieira reservoir and the Dão cycle trail.

Santa Comba Dão occupies a territory marked by the confluence of the Dão and Mondego rivers and the Aguieira reservoir. The historic center, the Main Church and views over the valley offer a peaceful stop. The old railway platform is part of the Ecopista do Dão, the use of which must be planned with return transport. Banks, dams and bathing areas are not equivalent: always confirm authorized access. The great crossing of the Portuguese interior, with around 739 km between Trás-os-Montes and the Algarve.
